We are pleased to invite you to our next conference that will take place on Monday, November 25, 2024, from 16:00 to 19:00 (Central European Time), through the TEAMS platform. Free registration.
INTRODUCTION TO THE CONTENT OF THE CONFERENCE
Commentary and practice of the text, “A beautiful crystal rosary. One hundred and eight stanzas in praise of great compassion”, written by the Mongol Lama Lobsang Tayang. By commenting on this text and some practice that we will carry out, we can observe that Mahayana Buddhism is not an obsolete primitive ideology, but a tradition that is very much alive today. Compassion, the ability to mobilize in the face of the suffering of others, is extremely important in the process of personal maturation and one of the key elements of the Buddhist path to spiritual fulfillment. The text we present praises the importance of living with compassion, talks about its qualities and explains the reasons to consider it one of the most valuable virtues that we can develop as human beings.
